I’m celebrating by sharing an easy, yet impressive treat Beauty and the Beast fans can make at home: BEAUTY AND THE BEAST ROSE OREO COOKIES!⠀

These are chocolate covered Oreos that are decorated with white icing, white pearl candies, and an edible rose decoration (by Wilton). Super easy to make and beautiful on a dessert table for a Beauty and the Beast party! See the link in my bio for full instructions.⠀

It’s Day 5 of the #MagicFoodieTour and the theme today is BEYOND THE MOUSE! Anything outside of Disney!⠀

This is the perfect time to share the most epic of theme park treats: the Fully Loaded Funnel Cake from #KnottsBerryFarm! OH BOY!! This thing is huge & heavy! It starts as a usual funnel cake, but it’s topped with lots of soft serve ice cream and whipped cream, plus your choice of topping. We went with boysenberry (of course!) but you could also get strawberry or chocolate. Get this at Sutters Funnel Cake in @knottsberryfarm but bring some friends to help! You’re gonna need them!!⠀

Today is Day 4 of the #MagicFoodieTour and the theme is, what else? Thirsty Thursday!⠀⠀

For this theme, I immediately thought of Christmas. And, if I could go back in time to December 2019, I would buy two things for sure: ⠀

1. All the cutest & coolest Disney fabrics for making masks. How blissfully unaware we were of what was about to happen! 😞⠀
⠀
2. This Habanero Hibiscus Margarita at the Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure! It was SO GOOD and I’ve seriously thought about it several times since Christmas. It was made with house-made habanero syrup, served in a chile rimmed cup with an edible hibiscus flower.🌺 If they ever bring it back, GET IT!⠀

The word is out - Disneyland is opening up again!

The word is out - Disneyland is opening up again! Downtown Disney will open up first - just one month away! Then, the plan is for the parks to open up on July 17, followers by the hotels on July 23. ⠀

Some notable details: ⠀
⠀
—The reopening park date is 65 years from the first opening! Cool, huh?? ❤️⠀
⠀
—There will be a reservation system for the parks since they have to significantly reduce their capacity. ⠀
⠀
—There will be no parades or nighttime shows, since those require large gatherings.⠀
⠀
—Character meet & greets are also temporarily paused, but the characters will be in the parks in other ways.⠀
⠀
—There will be enhanced safety protocols, but they didn’t elaborate on those yet. We already pretty much know that masks will be required, but not sure what else. ⠀
⠀
—They are temporarily pausing new ticket sales & new passport sales and renewals.⠀
⠀
I’m very excited about this news, but, to be honest, a bit nervous too. Do you plan to visit Disneyland this summer??⠀
