Disneyland Resort is celebrating the Asian American Pacific Islander community with brand-new food and drinks and they are also giving a shoutout to the fan favorites that are available all year long!

AAPI Heritage Month Food Guide at the Disneyland Resort 2023

May is AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) Heritage Month. There is a bunch of food options at both parks but if you head to Disney California Adventure, you can also try some delicious beverages as well!

Disneyland

Grilled Pineapple Ham-Burger at Galactic Grill in Disneyland

Galactic Grill

  • Grilled Pineapple Ham-Burger: This burger has an Angus beef patty that has grilled spiced ham, pineapple, togarashi slaw, and sweet mayonnaise served on a toasted brioche bun (Only available until the 11th) – $15.99
  • Bacon & Slaw Burger: This 1/3 lb Angus patty has marinated pork belly, American cheese, Asian-inspired slaw, and sambal sweet mayo on a toasted brioche bun (Available starting on 12th) – $15.99

  • Traditional Pork Lumpia that is filled with pork and vegetable and comes with a sweet chili dipping sauce – $7.49
  • Sweet Lumpia that is filled with pineapple and cream cheese and comes with a DOLE Pineapple dipping sauce – $7.49

  • Salmon Poke comes with a creamy avocado mousse topped with ponzu-glazed fresh salmon, edamame, pineapple, cucumber, and seaweed salad finished with pickled radish, furikake, fried wonton chips, and togarashi – $21.00
