Disney California Adventure is celebrating the opening of San Fransokyo Square with brand-new food and drinks inspired by Big Hero 6! We will tell you all about the new items!

Pacific Wharf is becoming San Fransokyo Square this summer! It is based on the Disney movie, Big Hero 6. This fictional city is a mix of San Francisco and Tokyo. They are transforming Pacific Wharf Cafe into Aunt Cass Cafe and Rita’s Baja Blenders is becoming Rita’s Turbine Blenders. There will now be a Baymax meet and greet and a new beer garden!

Lucky Fortune Cookery is bringing new items to their menu to celebrate the opening of San Fransokyo Square! You. can grab a Karaage-inspired Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Strawberry Lychee Cocktail, and more!

Lucky Fortune Cookery (Available starting July 19)

Food

  • Karaage-inspired Crispy Chicken Sandwich has slaw and Togarashi mayonnaise on a potato bun and is served with garlic chips – $14.99
  • Beef Birria Ramen: This is a twist on two trendy dishes! Beef Birria and Ramen! It comes with house-made Birria, consomé, a soft-boiled egg, Monterey Jack, cilantro, roasted corn, onions, and radish – $15.49
  • Yaki Udon is a plant-based dish with mushrooms, sugar snap peas, roasted red peppers, bok choy, and dark soy and hoisin sauces – $13.49
  • Yaki Udon comes with Karaage-inspired Chicken, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, roasted red peppers, bok choy, and dark soy and hoisin sauces – $18.49
  • Big Hero 6’s Baymax is a Macaron! It is filled with chocolate-hazelnut spread and buttercream! – $6.99

Drinks

  • Lychee Tea is an iced Gold Peak Unsweetened Black Tea with premium lychee syrup and lychee coconut jelly – $6.99
  • Strawberry Lychee Cocktail is an alcoholic drink with Vodka, lychee liqueur, premium strawberry syrup, and fresh lemon juice with sliced strawberry garnish – $16.99
Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill is bring a twist to street corn with San Fransokyo-style Street Corn and a yummy Melon Cocktail!

  • San Fransokyo-style Street Corn: This dish is a corn on the cob covered n Togarashi mayonnaise, queso fresco, furikake, and bonito flakes. It also comes with wheat chicharrones. – $8.99

Drink

  • Melon Cocktail comes with Tequila, melon liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and orgeat topped with a cherry. – $16.00
Rita’s Turbine Blenders in San Fransokyo Square has Margaritas and a non-alcoholic drink called Turbine Twirler!

  • Turbine Twirler is a Non-alcoholic drink. You get to choose between frozen wild cherry, frozen lemon-lime, frozen strawberry, or frozen blue raspberry slushy and it will be topped with a peach gummy ring – $6.49
  • Rita’s Lemon-Lime Margarita comes with a strawberry cream-covered cocoa biscuit stick – $14.50
  • Rita’s Grand Lemon-Lime Margarita comes with a splash of liqueur and a strawberry cream-covered cocoa biscuit stick – $16.50
  • Rita’s Strawberry Margarita comes with a strawberry cream-covered cocoa biscuit stick – $14.50
  • Rita’s Grand Strawberry Margarita comes with a splash of liqueur and a strawberry cream-covered cocoa biscuit stick – $16.50
Pacific Wharf Cafe is becoming Aunt Cass Cafe! You can grab a Japanese-Style Fluffy Cheesecake or a Honey Lemon-Ade!

  • Curry Beef comes with Beef, carrots, potatoes, and onions topped with rice, pickled ginger, and green onions. The curry comes in a Boudin sourdough bread bowl. – $12.49
  • San Fransokyo Clam Chowder: This twist on a classic is a creamy clam chowder with bacon, potatoes, and a hint of white miso. The soup comes in a Boudin sourdough bread bowl. – $12.49
  • Soba Noodle Salad is a Plant-Based dish. It comes with tofu, cabbage, edamame, carrots, roasted corn, scallions, and cilantro. They top it with crispy shallots and sesame ginger dressing. – $13.99
  • Japanese-style Fluffy Cheesecake is a sweet treat that you can get at Aunt Cass Cafe! – $6.99
  • Shrimp Katsu Sandwich is a Panko-breaded shrimp patty on a potato bun with cabbage slaw, spicy mayo, and katsu. You get a side of garlic chips. – 14.99
  • Steamed Rice – $4.19
  • Baymax Bread: You can get a Baymax-shaped loaf of sourdough bread! – $11.99

  • Honey Lemon-Ade is a refreshing drink that comes with Minute Maid Lemonade Zero Sugar, yuzu purée with passion fruit, and strawberry popping spheres – $6.99
  • This Specialty Caramel Cream Cold Brew is a Joffrey’s Coffee Caramel Mudslide coffee topped with house-made sea salt caramel whipped cream. $6.79
  • Peach Soju Citrus Cocktail is an alcoholic Citrus beverage that comes with peach-flavored soju. – $16.00
