What is Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit?
Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit is a fun scavenger hunt for all ages! There are 13 Disney-themed pumpkins that are hidden all over Downtown Disney and every time you find one, you add a sticker to the map that you will receive when you buy the scavenger hunt. After you finish the hunt, you will get a prize!
This year, it starts on September 8th and goes all the way until November 1st.
How much does Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit cost?
This year, it costs $9.99 plus tax. It is a pumpkin-shaped map. On one side, it shows you the areas where the pumpkins are, and on the other is where the stickers are. Each time you find a painted pumpkin, you will put that sticker on the map.
Where can I buy the map for Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit?
You will have 7 places to buy the map! There are 5 shops in Downtown Disney, 1 shop in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, and 1 shop in the Disneyland Hotel.

What is the prize for Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit?
Every year the prizes change but they always have a Halloween theme. In 2021, they had a tumbler as the prize. In 2022, you could get a little pumpkin treat pail. This year, you will get a Disney pumpkin sipper. Each sipper has a different character on them (Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Stitch, Pluto, and Goofy). You will be able to pick which one you want but there is always a chance that a certain character sipper will be sold out so we recommend doing the hunt sooner rather than later if you can.
Where do I pick up the Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit prize?
There are two places to pick up the prize this year. You can go to World of Disney or Disney’s Pin Traders. Even though there are only two places to get your prize, World of Disney is on one side of Downtown Disney and Disney’s Pin Traders is on the other side. This means that you don’t have to backtrack to get your prize!
What if I don’t finish Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit?
You do not have to finish the scavenger hunt to collect your prize! You actually don’t have to do the hunt to get the prize. Even though you don’t have to finish or do it, we highly recommend doing the hunt! It is super fun and finding all of the cute pumpkins is exciting!
